Precision Manufacturing,
Built on Experience

For over two decades, IPM has delivered tight-tolerance machined components and fabricated assemblies to customers across industries and continents.

A Full-Service Shop Under One Roof

International Precision Manufacturing was founded on a straightforward premise: manufacturers shouldn't have to coordinate five different suppliers to take a part from concept to finished component. IPM was built to be that single source, with CNC machining, manual machining, welding and fabrication, and engineering services in one facility with one accountable team.

Over 20 years, we've expanded our capabilities, deepened our industry knowledge, and built lasting relationships with customers in aerospace, oil and gas, medical, defense, and consumer products. Our international reach spans 25+ countries, and our parts have ended up in some of the most demanding applications on the planet.

What hasn't changed: every project gets the same attention to detail, the same drive to hit tolerances, and the same commitment to delivering on time.

Our Values

Three principles guide every job that comes through our shop floor.

Precision

We hold the tolerances specified, period. Our machinists and inspection processes are built around accuracy, not approximation. When a drawing calls for ±0.0002", that's what we deliver, verified and documented.

Speed

Fast turnaround is part of the service, not an upgrade. We understand that prototype delays cost product development time and production delays cost revenue. Our shop is organized to move jobs efficiently from setup to ship.

Partnership

We machine parts and solve manufacturing problems. Our engineers and machinists engage early, flag DFM issues before they become scrap, and work with customers as a long-term manufacturing partner, not a one-time vendor.

Breadth of Capabilities

IPM's in-house capabilities span the full manufacturing workflow, from raw stock to finished, inspected parts ready for assembly or shipment. We machine complex geometries in aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Our welding team works in MIG and TIG processes across steel, stainless, and aluminum. And our engineering team supports customers from design review through first article.

Keeping these capabilities in-house means fewer handoffs, tighter control over quality, faster turnaround, and a single point of contact for the customer.

Our Quality System

Quality at IPM is a process, not an afterthought. We operate under a documented quality management system, conduct internal audits, and are actively pursuing additional certifications to meet the requirements of our most regulated customers.

ISO 9001:2015 Compliant Our quality management system meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements. We conduct regular internal audits to maintain and improve our processes.
AS 9100 Rev D: In Pursuit We are actively working toward AS 9100 Rev D certification to formally serve the aerospace and defense supply chain at the highest level.
ISO 13485: In Pursuit ISO 13485 certification for medical device manufacturing is a current target, supporting our growing medical device customer base.
Tolerances to ±0.0002" Our inspection equipment and skilled operators verify critical dimensions on every job. First article inspection reports available on request.

Equipped for Precision Work

IPM operates from a production facility set up for precision machining, welding, fabrication, and inspection. The floor houses a mix of modern CNC machining centers, conventional mills and lathes, dedicated welding stations, and a metrology area for inspection.

Our equipment list includes CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, and welding stations configured for MIG and TIG work. Custom tooling and fixturing are designed and built in-house as needed. See our full equipment list on the Machines page.

We are registered and current in the U.S. Government's System for Award Management (SAM) and welcome inquiries from prime contractors seeking a qualified precision machining sub.
